The film’s leading actress, writer, and executive producer is Mallory Jansen, who stars as Georgie, the tenacious travel writer whose work-centered life undergoes an emotional disruption in Melbourne. Jansen, who is famed for her roles in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and other Hallmark movies, infuses her character with ebullience and a relatable energy that draws viewers in like moths to the flame.

Jansen has also starred in The Big Leap and other hit network TV shows like This Is Us and American Housewife. She also played Special Agent Margo James in Mark Wahlberg’s action-packed drama Shooter. Some of her famous Hallmark movies include Paging Mr. Darcy, All I Need for Christmas, The Royal We, and more.  

Ryan Corr is cast opposite Jansen as Zach, an ex-Australian footballer who has since become a calm and composed down-to-earth tour guide. Zach's charisma and love for Melbourne make it easier for Georgie to see life in a new way. Corr, who has starred in Russell Crowe's The Water Diviner and Spike Jonze's Where the Wild Things Are

Corr has also played Ser Harwin in the Game of Thrones prequel, House of the Dragon. He joined the cast of Garth Davis' Mary Magdalene, Gibson's Hacksaw Ridge, and Greg McLean's Wolf Creek 2.
