Marvel Studios is set to headline San Diego Comic-Con 2026, and fans are eager for one of the convention’s biggest presentations. After a year of big announcements, casting rumors and growing buzz around the Multiverse Saga, expectations are especially high for this year’s panel. The showcase is expected to give a clearer look at the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with potential updates on Avengers: Doomsday and Spider-Man: Brand New Day and possible X-Men and Fantastic Four reveals. 

Ahead of this year's Hall H panel, Marvel has already made several major announcements at SDCC 2026.

Insomniac Games released a new story trailer for Marvel's Wolverine featuring Jean Grey, Deathstrike, and the Hand. They also revealed a prequel comic tied into the game's story. Elsewhere, MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls revealed Phoenix Cyclops as its first Year 1 DLC character, and Marvel Comics announced a slate of new titles, including Maximum X-Men, Friendly Neighborhood Mary Jane, and Predator vs. Punisher. 

The event also provided big updates for Marvel’s gaming and animation slate. Marvel Rivals announced its new Path to Doomsday – Avengers: Age of Ultron PvE mode, launching July 30, along with new gear inspired by the hit shooter. In animation news, the team behind X-Men ’97 got together to celebrate the success of the series. Additionally, Marvel executive Brad Winderbaum confirmed that seasons 3 and 4 are already in the works and revealed some early test footage featuring the Brotherhood of Mutants.
