Marvel Reveals Wild Thor and Stitch Fact, and Our Brain is Flying Faster Than Mjolnir

If chaos had a mascot, it would be Stitch, equal parts adorable menace and blue-furred hurricane. In recent years, The Walt Disney Company has been sneakily blending the extraterrestrial troublemaker into unexpected corners of its empire, and Marvel appears to be next on Stitch’s rampage list. From limited-edition comic covers to zany merchandise mashups, Stitch has repeatedly photobombed the Marvel Universe like he owns the multiverse. This fusion of chaos has now sparked something truly thunderous, and oddly specific.
Through this intergalactic madness, Marvel has revealed a Thor-related Stitch fact that might surprise you, or maybe not.

In a Stitch-ified variant cover for Avengers #30, illustrated by Marvel veteran Humberto Ramos, the mischievous blue alien is gleefully sprinting away with Mjolnir clutched in one paw, leaving a trail of panic-stricken superheroes in his wake. Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor himself appear mid-chase, their expressions a mix of disbelief and sheer horror. It is an image that perfectly captures the spirit of cross-franchise mayhem.
For decades, Marvel has built up the mythos around Mjolnir, that only those deemed "worthy" may lift it. Thor’s enchanted weapon has humbled many, including The Hulk and Tony Stark. Only a select few have managed to wield it: Captain America during Avengers: Endgame, and Jane Foster in her Mighty Thor arc. Now, Stitch joins this elite circle, not with nobility, but with pure chaos energy and a pure heart, just like when his character helped Lilo & Stitch reignite Disney magic.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that many are not surprised that Lilo is "worthy" due to reasons clear as day for hardcore Lilo & Stitch fans.
How can Stitch wield the Mjolnir?
At first glance, Experiment 626 seems like the last creature the All-Father would consider “worthy.” Chaotic, loud, and often covered in sandwiches, he is not exactly an Asgardian poster child. Yet for those who have followed his journey through Lilo & Stitch, it becomes less surprising. After all, Stitch has risked his life for his ohana, turned against his violent programming, and faced down giant space fleets, all with teeth, loyalty, and the force of a small thunderclap.

Stitch has proven he possesses the heart, bravery, and moral spine needed to lift Mjolnir, even if that spine is occasionally doing backflips. He turned down galactic destruction in Lilo & Stitch, protected Lilo from Captain Gantu, and chose found family over chaos. That is textbook worthiness, just wearing four arms. So when Stitch is seen on the Avengers #30 variant, gleefully running off with Mjolnir, do not be shocked. Stitch might be out to steal Thor's thunder, literally, and he may have earned it.
