Fans are in total disagreement with the decision because they only want to see the best version of Deadpool or nothing. People have flooded the comment section, making their anger evident to the team. Many are saying if MCU continues filming, they would &#8220;make the worst Deadpool movie&#8221; with the threequel would be the worst movie ever. At this point, one can only hope that the march comes to an end quickly so everyone can get back to work. The WGA strike began on May 2 after the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers failed to meet the demands of writers. However, this certainly isn&#8217;t the first time this franchise is facing hardships because of the strike.

In 2016, the 46-year-old sat down with Entertainment Weekly to talk about the origin of his character. During the conversation, he recalled the time when he appeared in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. He stated that it was quite frustrating because there was no script because of the Hollywood writers&#8217; strike of 2007-2008. However, in order to keep this opportunity, he agreed to do it and wrote the dialogue himself.
“So we were in the middle of production, there were no writers, no anything. Every line I have in the movie I just wrote myself,&#8221; he added.
