Despite its questionable animation and plot, the film is now competing with The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day at the box office. The film was heavily criticized for its visual effects, sound design, and plot. However, its bizarre execution might also make it a cult favorite, and it is likely just as hilariously bad as Niu Lai. So, this is likely a movie that can be enjoyed with a good laugh.
The Room
The Room is a romantic drama that is reportedly semi-autobiographical. It was written, directed, and produced by Tommy Wiseau, who also starred in the film alongside Juliette Danielle and Greg Sestero. While critics have labeled it one of the worst films ever made, it eventually became a cult classic.
And the reason is not much different from Niu Lai. Its bizarre storytelling style and technical issues made it a favorite among fans, turning what was intended to be a serious drama into an entertainingly bad movie.
Cool Cat Saves the Kids
Cool Cat Saves the Kids is a 2015 family movie written and directed by Derek Savage. The film focuses on anti-bullying and follows Cool Cat as he teaches kids how to deal with bullying and other challenges. However, the movie was not well received by critics.
