For better or for worse, Marvel Studios headfirst into the multiverse saga. Now
neck-deep into the highly ambitious and prospective storyline, a slew of
problems started to crop up, starting from the firing of the main big-bad
itself. However, to light up its fortunes, all hope now lies pinned on Hugh
Jackman and Ryan Reynolds [https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/ryan-reynolds/] in
Deadpool 3. In full swing and fast-tracked post the Hollywood strikes, the first
ever R-rated MCU juggernaut packs quite a few surprises. For the turn of the
year, one of its leads just called back on his memories.

The Wolverine actor showcased how his year came full circle to calling him back
to his role and reigniting a fan-favorite duo.

HUGH JACKMAN RECALLS THE TIME HE PLAYED A FAKE ROLE FOR RYAN REYNOLDS

At 55 years of age, Hugh Jackman gives off a vibe that attracts comic book movie
fans from far and wide. The quintessential actor and probably the only one yet
born to play Wolverine met his perfect match in Ryan Reynolds, who quite
literally mirrored Deadpool. Taking to his Instagram, the Australian actor
posted a carousel of “Lost & found year end photo dump.” Showcasing his best
highlights from 2023, he did not miss posting a snap from the time he stood on a
football field alongside his Canadian comic better half.

amid much fanfare. Taking on a made-up role of Admiral Vice Football Operations

the duo’s light-hearted moments spearheaded the hype for the upcoming flick.
Moreover, in his dump, the actor started with a photo of him getting his beard
styled to Wolverine’s famed mutton chops, further amping up the MCU behemoth.

As the stars stand aligned and counting down to the movie’s release, how Jackman
came back to his role came across as no miracle on its own.

DEADPOOL 3 PITCH GARNERED ENOUGH EXCITEMENT TO GET WOLVERINE OUT OF THE GRAVE

In 2017, Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine canonically died poetically in Logan. Having
exhausted all creative narration for the character, the Australian actor had
moved on with life until Ryan Reynolds and Kevin Fiege came calling. The Free
Guy actor revealed how he “pestered” his frenemy and called him daily to
convince him for a comeback.

Months down the line, Deadpool 3 has ballooned in size both in cast and story.
Alongside the original X-Men and all characters from previous Fox Deadpool
movies, a slew of new faces have joined the cast. Finally, with rumors of the
currently trending Taylor Swift joining the band as Dazzler

2024 release.
