She previously made her debut with a cameo in Charli XCX’s A24 movie, The Moment. This time, she has landed a major role in the new Hulu drama. And she will play more than one role in the show.

As per Deadline, Kylie Jenner is set to play a major role in the new thriller drama series with the working title Bachelorette Weekend. While she is also set to executive produce the show, it is currently in the process of securing a deal for a straight-to-series order at Hulu. Jenner is rumored to play the role of a bride who ends up dead during a bachelorette weekend, quickly turning all her closest girlfriends into suspects.

The story is based on an unpublished book by Flora Collins that was developed by author-screenwriter Lauren Oliver’s IP packaging company, StoryGiants. Oliver is writing the script for the TV adaptation, which was developed internally at Kapital by Aaron Kaplan and Jaiden Kaplan, as per Deadline. Aaron Kaplan and Jaiden Kaplan are also executive producers on the show.

A speculative script was sent to Kim Kardashian, who reportedly passed it on to Jenner to consider starring in the show. Later, through Kardashian’s first-look deal at 20th Television, the show was pitched to Hulu, and they are still negotiating the deal. This would be Jenner’s first major role as she steps into her acting career, much like her sister Kim Kardashian.

While further details about the show have not yet been revealed, taking on a major role in a series will bring even more attention and public scrutiny to the socialite, even though she is well aware of the pressures that come with fame.

Kylie Jenner has grown up in the spotlight, appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians at a very young age. She understands the pressure that comes with experiencing such early fame. Over time, Jenner has learned to protect herself and her family.
