A similar incident, but perhaps one that is far more intimate and terrifying, was the robbery at Kim Kardashian’s Paris apartment. Robbed at gunpoint, the ordeal remains one of the most harrowing incidents, and the fear remained long after the headlines faded.

Kardashian herself has spoken candidly about the emotional aftermath and trauma. Now, this chilling chapter of her life is set to be revisited in a four-part docuseries.

As Variety reported, the shocking incident when Kim Kardashian was robbed at her own apartment will now be turned into a docuseries. The series will feature interviews with the robbers as well as the lawyers who defended them, as per the description. Produced by Pernel Media for Canal+ Originals, the show is titled Kim, the Diamond and the Grandpa Robbers. 

For those who are not aware, back on October 3 of 2013, five masked men posing as police officers robbed Kardashian at gunpoint in her Paris apartment and stole $6 million worth of jewelry. They had tied her up with cable ties and locked her in a bathroom. It also included a 20-carat diamond ring gifted by her ex-husband, Kanye West. 

Later, in early 2025, 12 suspects, who were dubbed the “Grandpa Robbers” by the press, were tried, with eight convicted and two acquitted. The nickname was due to their age because the accused members were quite old. The socialite, who has recently appeared in the new Netflix movie, The Fifth Wheel, directed by Eva Longoria, is reportedly not involved in the project.

Kim Kardashian's absence is only understandable, considering Kardashian has been focusing on her family, children, and a rumored special someone.

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have been making headlines recently over romance rumors. Although neither has confirmed the relationship, the two are frequently spotted spending time together. They were seen at the Super Bowl 2026 and more recently enjoying time together on Malibu Beach.

The two were seen hugging each other, sharing a kiss, and taking selfies together. So, although the two Java developers have yet to confirm their relationship, they seem to be enjoying their time together. As for the documentary, it remains to be seen whether Kardashian appears on the show or not.
