Kanye West’s Former Luxury Mansion in Hollywood Hills Is Yet Again Up for Sale for $3.7 Million

worldwide. And recently, an update about the actor’s glamorous mansion surfaced
online. 

Kanye West is undoubtedly one of the most successful rappers of all time. And
unsurprisingly, the rapper has never shied away from spending huge sums of money
on things he loves. Over the years, the Flashing Lights hitmaker had purchased
some of the most lavish properties around the world. And now one of them is up
for sale.


FORMER KANYE WEST MANSION IS ON THE MARKET AGAIN

confirmed that the rapper’s former home in the Hollywood Hills mansion in Los
Angeles is up for sale. Ye purchased the bachelor pad back in 2021 for $1.75
million. The rapper also shared the house with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, for
a brief moment. This is not the first time the house is available on the market,
however. Back in 2017, Rufus Hankey purchased the property for under $3 million.



After owning the house for three years, Hankey is set to sell the luxurious
property for $3.69 million. The multiple-floor mansion enjoys a raw and natural
look with a modern concrete exterior. It has a total of three bedrooms and four
bathrooms, and the villa also provides 4,200 square feet of living space.

In addition to all the luxuries offered inside the rapper’s former home, it also
provides an incredible view. The gated, private property overlooks the Hollywood
boulevard and enjoys Mount Olympus above it. Meanwhile, it is the interior of
the house that steals the limelight. It features high ceilings, hardwood floors,
and a smooth Venetian plaster.
