portrayal of Superman seemed like a perfect fit for the role, making his exit
from Superman: Legacy a tremendous blow to fans and the superhero world.

America undeniably found its favorite superhero in this British Superman, and
Cavill’s portrayal added a cherry on top. However, there was another blow when
his Superman depiction failed to make it to this big list.

As the farewell season of Cavill as Geralt takes off, fans were hit with another
blow as his final appearance as Superman came in a mere cameo in Black Adam. His
exclusion from James Gunn’s Superman: Legacy was certainly not what fans had
hoped for. While other superhero movies like Black Panther, Spider-Man 2, Logan,
and Avengers: Endgame soared to the top, Cavill’s Superman movies were
conspicuously absent from the list. Interestingly, the Superman films, from 1978
and 1980, starring Christopher Reeve, did manage to secure a spot among the
