The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has returned for Season 14, and in the first three weeks, it saw a 34% increase in the 18–49 demographic compared with the same period last year, as reported by TheWrap. There has also been impressive growth in total viewership, which rose by 3% compared with the same time last year. And that is not the end of the show's achievements for this year.

The show now boasts more than 127 million subscribers and followers. And as The Wrap reported, it has also garnered more than 8 billion views across social media over the last year. So, it is hardly surprising that the show has climbed to become the No. 1 late-night talk show on social media.

Now, this is a great achievement for the show and its host, Jimmy Fallon, who previously expressed his hope of surpassing Johnny Carson's record as the longest-running host of a late-night show. And that does not seem like a far-fetched idea, as Fallon's current deal, signed in 2021, was extended in 2024. His new deal will see him host the show through 2028.
