Jennifer Lopez knows how to work on the red carpet! The actress turned heads once again in a gorgeous black gown at the premiere of her new Netflix film, Office Romance. Now, fashion has long been Lopez’s strong suit, from her iconic green Versace dress at the 2000 Grammy Awards to her Ralph Lauren gown at the 2023 Met Gala.

And she is still batting a thousand for the promotional events of her new film, Office Romance. Although not exactly office-friendly, Lopez’s gown with its sweeping train is undeniably glamorous and inspiring.

Jennifer Lopez and the entire cast of the upcoming Netflix film Office Romance attended the Los Angeles premiere at the Egyptian Theatre on May 26, 2026. For the event, the 'On the Floor' singer wore a strapless ball gown featuring an embellished bodice that flowed into a voluminous skirt with a sweeping train. She paired the glamorous look with minimal accessories. 

However, the designer behind her breathtaking gown has not yet been revealed. Previously, Lopez attended the 2026 Netflix Upfront in a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier corset blazer from the brand’s Spring 2004 collection. She paired it with a satin and stretch-lace skirt featuring a ruffled hem from the same brand’s Spring 2014 collection.

At the Los Angeles premiere, Brett Goldstein also joined Lopez on the red carpet, posing in a dapper white blazer paired with black pants. Adam Sandler, Jackie Sandler, Amy Sedaris, Edward James Olmos, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, and Tony Hale were also in attendance. Olmos and Sedaris are also part of the film’s cast.

While the cast brought plenty of star power to the premiere, it has only heightened the hype and curiosity around when Office Romance will arrive on Netflix.

Office Romance, starring Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein, is set to arrive on June 5, 2026. The romantic comedy follows Jackie Cruz, the CEO of Air Cruz, who has a strict anti-fraternization policy for all employees. However, she struggles to follow her own rules after meeting Daniel Blanchflower (Brett Goldstein), her company’s new lawyer, sparking a secret affair. 

Moreover, Office Romance will also reunite Edward James Olmos and Lopez on screen as father and daughter, nearly three decades after portraying the same relationship in the 1997 biopic Selena. Betty Gilpin and Zuhdi Boueri are also part of the cast. Now, anticipation for the film is especially high, considering it is Lopez’s much-awaited return to the romantic comedy genre.
