In a post on her Instagram, Aniston shared a rather emotional clip of herself to
celebrate her birthday. The video was filled with pictures and videos of the
star right from the 90s. While she shared various snaps in the video which felt
like a look at the life she had lived, fans could not help but notice that most
of the pictures and clips were from her time as Rachel Green on the NBC sitcom,

actress even captioned the post, “Grateful.”

Her caption did not stop there. Aniston even added a poem by Stanley Kunitz
called ‘The Layers’. The poem talks about how every single person on the planet
goes through various “transformations” throughout their lifetime to help them
become the person that they were meant to be. Those changes are what the actress
seems glad to have gone through.
