Jennifer Aniston recently went out in public, almost a week after the unsettling Bel-Air incident, with Jason Bateman for a rather special outing. The BFFs and Amanda Anka slipped into all-black ensembles to support George Clooney’s Broadway production Good Night, and Good Luck at the Winter Garden Theatre in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Backgrid US shared moments from the Broadway night as the trio strolled away.

In the pictures shared on X, Aniston was sporting semi-formal chic in a classic Rachel-coded black turtle neck, paired with a black tailored suit and trousers. She topped off the look with a matching hat, black-rimmed glasses, and a black sling purse. Anka was twinning semi-formally with Aniston. As for Bateman? Well, Netflix’s very own record-breaker flexed fashion opposites in a laid-back black shirt paired with a lighter shade of t-shirt and matching denims.

What happened at Jennifer Aniston’s Bel-Air mansion?

According to CNN, a man had been detained after he drove through the gate of Jennifer Aniston’s Bel-Air home a week ago. Officer Jeff Lee, a spokesperson for the LAPD, confirmed that the incident took place on Monday around 12:20 PM PT on the 900 block of Airole Way, located in Bel-Air. The police reportedly received a call about a “burglary suspect” at the property when the said man “ran his vehicle through the gate to the residence.”

Officer David Cueller later informed CNN that the homeowner was present at home during the hours of the unsettling incident. A security guard, present on the premises, “held the suspect,” a white male in his 70s, until the official authorities arrived on site. At the moment of reporting, it was still unclear whether the incident was accidental or intentional. However, Aniston’s public appearance a week later brings a collective sigh of relief.
