It: Welcome to Derry premiered on Sunday, October 26, with episode one airing at 9 pm ET/PT on HBO. Viewers can also stream the chapter on Max on the same date and time. New episodes of the eight-episode saga will continue to be released every Sunday through December 14. Set in the terrifying world of Stephen King’s 1986 novel, It: Welcome to Derry, unsurprisingly, unfolds on the alarming streets of the titular Maine town as a new group of characters confronts sinister forces and renewed horrors.
The series cast includes Jovan Adepo, Taylour Paige, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe, and Rudy Mancuso. They expand on the universe established in the original feature films IT and IT Chapter Two by Andy Muschietti. The It: Welcome to Derry ensemble, however, is not entirely green.
