As the nights grow longer now, courtesy of fall witnessing its last days and winter looming, admirers of spine-chilling tales eagerly seek new offerings. This spooky season, luckily for them, a well-known world of supernatural terror returns. The eerie streets of Derry are set to come alive once more, promising suspense, frights, and dark secrets lurking around every corner. The much-anticipated series It: Welcome to Derry looks poised to transport viewers into a realm where childhood fears and sinister forces collide.

When does it air, though, and where can one watch the series, perfect for a haunted October binge?

It: Welcome to Derry premiered on Sunday, October 26, with episode one airing at 9 pm ET/PT on HBO. Viewers can also stream the chapter on Max on the same date and time. New episodes of the eight-episode saga will continue to be released every Sunday through December 14. Set in the terrifying world of Stephen King’s 1986 novel, It: Welcome to Derry,  unsurprisingly, unfolds on the alarming streets of the titular Maine town as a new group of characters confronts sinister forces and renewed horrors.   

The series cast includes Jovan Adepo, Taylour Paige, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe, and Rudy Mancuso. They expand on the universe established in the original feature films IT and IT Chapter Two by Andy Muschietti. The It: Welcome to Derry ensemble, however, is not entirely green.
