Speaking to Variety ahead of the documentary’s world premiere in Venice, the directors recalled watching Noel and Liam Gallagher reunite after 15 years apart. “It was so interesting hearing the music come together, having not heard them play as a band for 15/16 years, but also seeing them reconnecting. It was a privileged view,” says Will Lovelace, describing the strange thrill of hearing Oasis play together again after 15 or 16 years.
