Eager to prove himself and step out of Tommy’s shadow, Duke becomes involved in the counterfeit-money operation, believing it will expand the gang’s power and influence during the war.

In other words, the world of the Shelbys is evolving, and whether Alfie Solomons strolls back into it or not may be one of the story’s most delicious surprises.
