The truth behind Sydney Sweeney coming to Call of Duty rumors

Several speculations point to Sydney Sweeney's involvement with the gaming industry because of her Euphoria fame, which is the main reason for the gamers' imagination, letting them picture the actress in video-game crossover roles. But until now there have been no official announcements regarding Sweeney joining Call of Duty.

In December 2021, Sweeney's was featured in a promotional short video of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific. However, the recent rumors quickly gained momentum online via AI-generated images of Sweeney's Black Ops involvement, particularly due to one image posted on X by user @B23COD, without the support of any credible source.

No trustworthy gaming outlet, voice actor list, or official Call of Duty announcement has ever connected Sydney Sweeney with the franchise except for speculative influencer videos. The game called Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, released on November 14, 2025, does not include any of the Hollywood actors rumored to be attached, nor have any promotional materials been released that focus on in-game characters and narrative elements.

While the Black Ops gaming IP release has no announcement of Sweeney's direct involvement, rumors of a cinematic adaptation of yet another video game have also hounded the fandom online.
