Keanu Reeves has taken on supernatural entities and ruthless assassins, showing explosive action paired with incredible performances throughout his career. However, in his new film Outcome, the actor is seen struggling against a mysterious enemy. Just as the title suggests, the dark comedy looks at the consequences of past actions, self-reflection, and redemption.

Outcome, starring Keanu Reeves, was released on April 10, 2026. Unfortunately, it is not available on Netflix. The film is an Apple TV+ production and is currently streaming on Apple TV+.

The movie stars a talented cast and director Jonah Hill, who also co-wrote the film alongside Ezra Woods. While Hill plays a lawyer in the movie, Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer take on the roles of close friends to Reeves’ character. As for the Devil’s Advocate actor, he plays a famous Hollywood actor, Reef Hawk.

However, his life takes a turn when he is extorted with a video that could destroy everything he has built. This starts Hawk’s journey as he begins seeking forgiveness from those he may have wronged in the past, while also trying to find out the blackmailer. The film is an emotional exploration of Hawk’s past, the influence of social media in the current era, and much more.

Apart from its brilliant story, the movie is also packed with several jaw-dropping cameos.

Since Outcome is set in Hollywood, it would be a missed opportunity not to feature a few familiar faces, and the film did not disappoint. It goes all out, bringing in Martin Scorsese for a cameo, where he appears as Reef’s first manager in the industry, Richie Rodriguez.

Susan Lucci plays Reef’s mother, Dinah, while Van Jones makes an appearance as a journalist. Laverne Cox and Roy Wood Jr. take on roles as lawyers. And Nicolas Noblitt plays Ira’s son, who forms a bond with Reef. 

Drew Barrymore also appears as herself, interviewing Reef on her show. David Spade played the role of Buddy Gomorrah, who is renting the house beside Reef's house. Nikolai Nikolaeff, Shola Adewusi, Ivy Wolk, Kaia Gerber, Atsuko Okatsuka, and Cary Christopher are the other stars who made surprising guest appearances in the movie.
