Unfortunately, Memory of a Killer is not available on Netflix. It premiered on FOX at 10 P.M. ET / 7 p.m. PT on Sunday, January 25, and its two-night premiere event continues with the second episode airing on January 26 at 9 P.M. ET. From the third episode onward, the series will air weekly at 9 P.M. ET / 8 p.m. CT.

The story follows Angelo Flannery (Dempsey), a feared former hitman in New York who now lives a quiet life as a copier salesman and devoted father to his daughter in Cooperstown. He has managed to keep his double life in balance until he begins developing Alzheimer’s disease and struggles with memory loss, including something as simple as remembering his apartment code.
As Angelo fights to hold on to his fading memory, he must also face mysterious forces and old enemies seeking revenge, who begin creeping back into his life.
Much like the tension building in the series, one of the cast members, Michael Imperioli, has also turned up the heat by teasing fans with an exciting revelation.
Michael Imperioli on his character in Memory of a Killer
In Memory of a Killer, Michael Imperioli plays Dutch, a restaurateur who secretly leads a second life as an executive in the world of organized crime, also joined by Angelo’s longtime friend and boss. The story becomes more compelling when Dutch’s nephew, Joe, joins him as an apprentice in his other business and gradually gets pulled into the criminal world. Speaking of the character, Imperioli hinted at Dutch’s role in the series.
“There is a lot of history, and there is a lot of friendship and roots to their relationship,” Imperioli said of Dutch and Angelo (via TV Insider on Yahoo).
“Yet in this world, as we’ve seen time and time again, those loyalties can shift and can change on a dime.” After all, it’s not personal. It’s business,” he continued sharing.
