Inde Navarette, known for Superman & Lois and 13 Reasons Why, is about to begin an exciting new chapter in her acting career. Post Obsession and two upcoming projects on her slate, Navarrette is ready to explore new grounds. The projects also give her the chance to explore different genres and continue to establish herself as a rising star. 

Navarrette’s ascending profile has now opened the door to two very different and highly anticipated projects. 

Inde Navarrette takes a big leap in her career with two upcoming projects

Inde Navarrette’s career is heating up, with the actress now linked to two major projects on the horizon. The star will play Rogue in Marvel Studios' new X-Men movie. The superhero movie will be released in theaters in 2028. Navarrette is also scheduled to star in the survival thriller Invertigo, where she will play a contrasting character.

According to reports, Navarrette was up for the part of Sharlene in Heat 2, which was played by Ashley Judd in the 1995 crime classic. Director Michael Mann was said to be interested in casting the up-and-comer for the sequel, which is set to begin a six-month shoot this fall. Navarrette, however, eventually turned down the offer after reportedly signing on for Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men project. 

Navarrette apparently also turned down a role in a horror film directed by Matthias Hoene, despite being offered at least $2.5 million for it. The project would have reunited her with Hoene, who is directing the actress in another upcoming film, Invertigo. Navarrette’s decision is said to be a result of her growing demand as an actress following the success of Obsession

Navarrette also gets to play roles that require a different side of her acting range with her new projects.

Marvel’s Rogue, the iconic mutant that Inde Navarrette has been cast to play, is one of the X-Men’s most recognizable mutants, thanks to her power to absorb the memories, personalities, and abilities of others through physical contact. Navarrette is also attached to Invertigo, in which. Her role has not been discussed yet. It is about a group of teenagers trapped hundreds of feet in the air after a roller coaster malfunction.
