Law Roach is proud of his efforts to pull off a precious opportunity for Kim Kardashian on her birthday. The stylist has often managed to pull strings to arrange the best fit or gems for his celebrity clients. Whether it is taking a Schiaparelli dress fresh off a runway or securing the rarest vintage gown, the stylist knows how to play the game.

And Law Roach did it again for Kardashian by managing to get a private fitting with Bulgari for the socialite. She was seen wearing the most stunning necklace, worth $6.5 million. While Kardashian has already labeled it the best birthday gift, the stylist has revealed the thought behind the arrangements.

During the press tour for All’s Fair, Kim Kardashian visited Bulgari’s Rome store, where she was shown Elizabeth Taylor’s iconic emerald and diamond necklace and even got to try it on. In a video shared by Kardashian, a staff member of the luxury jeweler revealed that the historic jewels are rarely taken out of the vault. And Law Roach, in a conversation with Entertainment Tonight, has now shared how he made the rare opportunity possible.

“Just a couple of phone calls,” he said.

“I've been part of the Bulgari family for a really long time and the premiere is at Rome, and I'm just like I knew those jewels were there, and I know that Kim has such a infatuation with, Elizabeth Taylor, so I just thought it'd be a nice birthday gift. I give the best birthday gifts in the world,” he further added. 

The necklace that the stylist spoke about in his interview has Colombian emeralds and diamonds set on it, and was gifted by Richard Burton to Elizabeth Taylor in 1962. And later, Bulgari reportedly acquired the collection at a 2011 Christie's auction. Earlier in a video, the stylist claimed that this opportunity was "unprecedented". Now, while Kardashian was thrilled to start her year with "Elizabeth energy," the internet criticised her choice.

This is not new for All's Fair star Kardashian, who also received massive backlash when she wore two gowns that were previously worn by Marilyn Monroe.

Kim Kardashian made headlines when she wore a Jean Louis hand-beaded dress that Marilyn Monroe had once worn. The late actress Monroe wore the dress while singing “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” to John F. Kennedy in 1962. Kardashian revealed to Vogue that she lost 16 pounds to fit into the dress and wear it to the 2022 Met Gala.

And this was not the only dress. Later, in an Instagram post, Kardashian revealed that she had also worn Marilyn Monroe’s Norman Norell dress, which the actress wore to the Golden Globes in 1962. However, the socialite ended up receiving massive backlash for wearing the iconic jewels and gown. However, it is quite a special and rare moment to have hw the iconic and historic fashion pieces.
