“I can’t eat just the…”- Sydney Sweeney Has Finally Revealed the Ingredient She Will Always Put In Her Salad

Whenever a well-maintained physique comes into play, Sydney Sweeney
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/sydney-sweeney/] always tops the list. The
actress is very careful about her diet and tries to stay away from food items
that might harm her. She always had very sensitive skin, so she needs to be
extra careful about the products she intakes as well as applies to her body. And
when a health-conscious person like her comes into discussion, it is natural
that salads are discussed.

The actress recently did an interview with Bustle
[https://www.bustle.com/wellness/sydney-sweeney-wellness-self-care-ford-bronco-car-mechanics]
in which she spoke about an ingredient she always puts in her salad. Sweeney
mentioned that she loves to put any kind of protein in her salad, be it chicken,
salmon, or steak. She is also very particular about the proportion she takes;
hence, the 25-year-old needs to have a bit of everything in the bite she takes.

The Euphoria star told the magazine, “So if I finish my chicken and there’s
still lettuce left, I have to get more chicken. I can’t eat just the lettuce.”
When she was questioned about being a coffee person, the actress mentioned that
the only thing she drinks is water. Sweeney said that her parents like coffee
and soda, but she just cannot consume them.

routine.

videos. It is something she is very particular and regular about. She likes to

After she finishes her skincare, she either goes for a walk or a drive with

see everything from it. However, she does it only when she has time, followed by
the next thing which is breakfast.
