The first season, which followed Batman during his early years protecting Gotham, premiered on Prime Video in 2024. Season 2, consisting of 10 episodes, is set to debut on Amazon Prime Video on July 31. Speaking of the new cast member, the actor is best known for playing Larys Strong in House of the Dragon and also appeared as Greenwood in the Oscar-winning short film Stutterer.

Now, he will appear as Joker. As for Joker's brief appearance in the Season 1 finale, the character was voiced by John DiMaggio, who also voices Detective Harvey Bullock in the series.  Alongside Needham, the new season also welcomes several notable additions to the voice cast. Grey DeLisle, DiMaggio, Zach Hoffman, William Salyers, Josh Brener, and Krystal Joy Brown are also part of the cast.
