Amidst high-profile celebrity divorces and lawsuits, it is hard to find couples who stay together forever. But Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are those rare ones that feel like a breath of fresh air for fans. Since the moment these two came together, life has been a happy adventure for them. There was a time the Canadian superstar was afraid of getting married. However, the entrance of this actress and adorable kids completely transformed his life. His family has not only filled him with contentment but also changed the way he carries his professional life.
We all know that Ryan Reynolds has ventured into several businesses and is the co-owner of a soccer team. Using his creative mind, he also kick-started his marketing agency Maximum Effort. The company recently got an office in LA, which is touted to be “employee-friendly” due to its layout and design. And to give an insight into this amazing company Michelle Toney, who designed the interiors of his office, recently sat down with Domino.
In the Domino interview, Toney said, she revealed many things about the humor box of Hollywood and how he is truly a family man. She revealed that the 46-year-old found a perfect balance between work and home. He asked the designer to create an interior that can provide comfort while giving an official vibe too.

“We wanted a space where people would choose to gather as opposed to feeling compelled to gather,” he told Toney.
Therefore, she designed offices to be family and kid-friendly. Being a father of four himself, the actor knows how things become difficult when parents take their kids outdoors.
With such a concept in mind, Reynolds’ LA office is everything an employee could want.

Ryan Reynolds founded Maximum Efforts along with his friend George Dewey about six years ago. But with his growing family, he decided to change the interiors. Now the organization has a 1930s-style vibe with courtyards for events and private spaces for meetings. Michelle created a place comfortable for employees and visitors with movable workstations and spacious floor plans.
