The final film in the trilogy not only bid farewell to the characters but also
to James Gunn from Marvel. Although it confirmed Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord’s
return and might bring back the gang again, despite the little DC tease from

So, for someone who can do that with these characters, I can only imagine what
Gunn can accomplish with Superman, Batman, Joker, Flash, and tens of other
complex DC heroes, that we all grew up loving. So, the sun may have set for the
Guardians, but DC is undoubtedly waking up to a glorious sun.
