She continues that she tries to do her best with her exercise but ensuring a &#8220;good night&#8217;s sleep&#8221; is her top priority. She says that she prioritizes her sleep now because in the past, she had issues with insomnia and it led to &#8220;all sorts of health struggles.&#8221; In fact, it even started affecting her work life. That is when she realized how important it was to get enough rest.
