Fans won't be able to watch their beloved Sydney Sweeney as Cassie on Euphoria anytime soon and they are angry about it.

Fans Shout “Cancel It” as Sydney Sweeney’s Highly Anticipated ‘Euphoria’s’ Season 3 Is Pushed Further Ahead

Euphoria starring Sydney Sweeney [https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/sydney-sweeney/]
has got a new release window and the least one could say is disappointing. The
show was renewed for another season in February 2022, when the second season
premiered on HBO. Since then there has been minimal or no update on season 3.
About 17 million people have been waiting for the time when Sam Levinson would
bring back these teenagers on-screen. Even the actress has only expressed her
excitement about returning to the set, but the recent news has only drowned
those hopes fans have been building for one year.

Pop Tingz recently dropped a new tweet revealing that Euphoria has been
postponed. The existing writers’ strike has pushed the release of season 3 to
2026. This means the show would start shooting later this year. Meanwhile, it
also depends on the schedules of the star-studded cast including Zendaya and
Sydney Sweeney.

The American bombshell has remained quite busy these days. From enjoying
summertime in Paris to fulfilling her duties as Armani Beauty Ambassador,
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/hollywood-news-sydney-sweeney-travels-over-fifty-seven-thousand-miles-in-forty-eight-hours-to-headline-armani-beautys-event-shares-glittery-glimpses-of-the-event/]
Sweeney has had a whirlwind of a month. Moreover, if one considers the time
season 2 took in filming, this seems ideal that they have set the release for
2026. Even if the creator tries to wrap things up in less than seven months
unlike before, they would enter 2025.

There is also the editing part and the promotional tour before the show arrives
on-screen. Thus, this would bring a four years gap between seasons 2 and 3 no
matter how hard anyone tries. However, for fans, it appears they have become
restless because of the whole chaos and cancellation happening because of the
WGA strike. They are completely fed up and just want things to end now.

FANS WANT EUPHORIA STARRING SYDNEY SWEENEY TO SHUT DOWN

This disheartening news regarding the new season of the beloved teen drama has
sent the internet into a frenzy. Fans seem extremely frustrated calling for the
disposal of this series.

Many are also mocking how the actors would grow old when season 3 comes out,
considering most of them are in their late 20s and won’t look young. They have
filled the comment section with some hilarious memes.
