During his appearance on Travis Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, in August last year, Adam Sandler shared a rough idea of the story, saying the movie itself picks up from an older guy who played golf a long time ago. Some stuff goes on in his life. Adding, “He's different; he's a bit of a mess," and in the sequel, they try to get his life exciting again. Matching the actor’s vibe, the fans are just as excited, as seen in the comments.
