However, there has been no credible announcement of another pregnancy involving the pair.

Pacino and Alfallah welcomed their son, Roman Pacino, in June 2023, after representatives confirmed that Alfallah was pregnant with the actor’s fourth child. Pacino was 83 at the time, while Alfallah was 29. Roman remains their only child together, meaning the viral post is taking a genuine 2023 headline and passing it off as current news.

In January 2026, the pair were spotted having dinner in Los Angeles, prompting fresh reports about a possible romantic reconciliation. They were also photographed together at a pre-Oscars event in March, while another public appearance at a Dior event in May was reported as a rare outing for the pair. 

As both continue to remain friends and co-parents, the viral claim simply gives a years-old story a misleading new lease of life.
