With her blonde locks swept up into a low bun, and a natural makeup look that highlighted her cheekbones, she glowed like a ray of sunshine.

Bullock meanwhile went for a professional ensemble with a sophisticated pinstriped business pantsuit paired with sleek black heels. Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock were recently spotted exiting the cosmetic surgeon's office at The Retreat at Split Rock, a high-end plastic surgery center known for its lavish amenities. Joining the duo was Amanda Anka, Jason Bateman's wife, as they made their way to the plastic surgery center in Greenwich, Connecticut. Aniston opted for a laid-back look with indigo blue jeans, a snug black roll-neck jumper, a chic black scarf, and a stylish black floppy hat.

Aniston maintained a laid-back demeanor as she took the lead, with Bullock following closely behind as the two actresses exited the retreat through a red door. Meanwhile, Bullock wore a classic white t-shirt paired with black trousers and a trendy black puffy coat.
