Euphoria has officially come to an end with Season 3. The series first premiered in 2019 and went on for nearly 8 years for an intense run of chaos, tension, heartbreak, and drama. The final two episodes brought the story to a devastating close, with the deaths of Nate and Rue.
While the journeys of the show's characters end with Season 3, a new chapter is just beginning for the actors behind them. The cast members have continued to enjoy growing fame and success, with several high-profile projects already lined up after Euphoria. From Jacob Elordi and Zendaya to Sydney Sweeney and more, here is a look at where the stars of Euphoria can be seen next.
Sydney Sweeney

Even during the three-season run of Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney has been part of several major projects, including the biopic film Christy and the adaptation of Freida McFadden’s bestselling novel The Housemaid. Following Euphoria, Sweeney is set to appear in The Housemaid sequel, The Housemaid's Secret, which could be released in 2027.
With Paul Feig returning to direct, the film is based on McFadden’s second book in the series. Apart from that, Sweeney is expected to star alongside Noah Centineo in Netflix and Legendary’s live-action Gundam, which is currently in production, as per Deadline.

She is also attached to lead the adaptation of The Custom of the Country, where she is set to play the role of Undine. Sweeney is further set to portray Kim Novak in Scandalous!, which is the directorial debut of her Euphoria co-star Colman Domingo.
The actress, alongside director Justin Lin, is also attached to the Apple Original Film That Man From Rio. Among her most highly anticipated projects is Barbarella, which she is set to star in and executive produce. These are only the confirmed projects among the many film ventures the actress is reportedly considering.
Jacob Elordi
Jacob Elordi kicked off the year strong with Frankenstein, which even earned Oscar nominations. Later in February, he starred in Wuthering Heights. Now, after Euphoria, the actor is set to appear in Ridley Scott’s post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller The Dog Stars, alongside Margaret Qualley, Josh Brolin, and Guy Pearce.
As per Deadline, Elordi is also rumored to be joining Outer Dark, an adaptation of author Cormac McCarthy’s novel. While nothing has been officially confirmed, Lily-Rose Depp is reportedly in talks for the project, with László Nemes in talks to direct the movie. Set in Appalachia during the Great Depression, the story follows a mother searching for her infant after her brother abandons the newborn in the woods.

One of the most mysterious actors of Euphoria has also opened up about her future plans.
Alexa Demie
There were several rumors that Alexa Demie, who rose to immense popularity after Euphoria, would retire following the show's conclusion. Moreover, her silence throughout the final season further fueled the speculation. However, in a recent conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, the actress shut down those rumors.
While her next major project has yet to be announced, Demie is rumored to lend her voice to the upcoming animated project Fables, as per The Hollywood Reporter.
Maude Apatow
After Euphoria, Maude Apatow is stepping behind the camera and turning her focus to directing. She is currently working on her feature directorial debut, Poetic License, which is set for release this year. Cooper Hoffman, Leslie Mann, and Nico Parker are among the cast members attached to the project.
Hunter Schafer
Hunter Schafer most recently appeared in Mother Mary alongside Anne Hathaway, which was released in April 2026. Following Euphoria, she is set to take on another exciting project with A24, starring in Cry to Heaven. Directed by Tom Ford, the movie is an adaptation of Anne Rice’s novel Cry to Heaven, which is set in 18th-century Italy.

Like Euphoria, Schafer’s next project also boasts a star-studded cast. Singer Adele is reportedly set to make her acting debut in the film, while Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Owen Cooper, and Daniel Quinn-Toye are also attached to the project. Schafer is also set to appear in the TV series Blade Runner 2099 and will lend her likeness to the horror video game OD, created by Hideo Kojima and Jordan Peele.
Moreover, she will star alongside Noomi Rapace in the horror thriller Palette. With multiple projects lined up, safe to say 2026 will be a remarkable year for the actress.
Zendaya

Zendaya has had a busy year. After appearing in Euphoria, she is set to star in several major projects. She will portray the goddess Athena in Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey and will later return to the Spider-Man franchise, reprising her role as MJ in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Zendaya is also set to return as Chani in Dune: Part Three, which is the third installment in Denis Villeneuve's sci-fi epic trilogy.
All three of these highly anticipated projects are expected to arrive this year. Meanwhile, she will lend her voice to the upcoming fifth Shrek film, which is currently slated for release in 2027. While Euphoria closed its chapter, its cast members are opening doors to some of the biggest roles and most ambitious projects of their careers.
