Britney Spears is on the brink of another court battle as Sam Asghari files for divorce

Did $60,000,00 Worth Britney Spears Have a Prenuptial Agreement With Sam Asghari?

As sad as they may be, owing to the big names and even bigger money tags
involved, celebrity divorces have often found themselves being served like hot
cakes in the bazaars of pop culture. And as reports of pop icon Britney Spears
and husband of one year, Sam Asghari, make the rounds, said bazaar is bustling
with theories, questions, but most importantly concern for the pop icon who has
seen one too many court cases for a lifetime.

The Criminal singer got married not long after the monumental dismantling of her
conservatorship to Sam Asghari. Spears and Asghari had been dating for more than
half a decade before getting married. However, as the couple is allegedly headed
for divorce, the big question surrounding them is whether Britney Spears had a
prenup before marrying Asghari.

Given the popularity of the ‘Free Britney’ movement
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/netflix-news-5-big-disclosures-we-got-about-britney-spears-from-the-netflix-documentary-britney-vs-spears/],
it is a well-known fact that the singer has not enjoyed much of the $60 million
wealth that she has worked on since her youth. And fans desperately wish that
she does not find herself in the same situation again. Luckily, Spears stepped
into this battle of love fully geared with a prenup.

This concern about a prenup is reminiscent of the time after their marriage in
June 2022. Not just fans but also Oscar-winning actress Olivia Spencer pushed
Britney Spears to make Ashari sign a prenup.

It seems like she took note because Sam Asghari himself stated that the two had
an “ironclad prenup.” But is this “ironclad” prenup enough to protect Britney
Spears’ $60 million as she is headed toward another high-profile divorce?

HOW MUCH OF HER $60 MILLION NET WORTH WILL BRITNEY SPEARS LOSE IN DIVORCE FROM
SAM ASGHARI?

Given the massive imbalance between their net worths with Britney Spears
standing at $60 million and Sam Asghari at $5 Million there is a lot of
speculation about the prenup. Said prenup became the butt of Asghari’s joke
early on in their marriage. However, more details about it have not been
revealed.

While it is not clear how much of her money is at stake, TMZ that Sam Asghari
has filed for spousal support reported it. He has also demanded attorney fees.
For now, neither party has confirmed the divorce or cited any reasons for the
same.
