Chase Infiniti will play the role of June’s daughter, Agnes, in The Testaments. Her character transforms while facing several challenges in Gilead and even has to escape a forced marriage. It is one of the crucial characters in the story. Speaking about the role, Infiniti opened up about her opinion on the character and why her journey is so powerful.
“All I'm gonna say is I remember being a teenager and being in this dreamlike state in the world, and then unfortunately reality starts to seep in, but the thing about Agnes that I found to be so beautiful is she still is hopeful and she saw so much love in her life,” she told Deadline.
Moreover, Infiniti had also impressed during her audition as the creator Bruce Miller shared in a 2026 interview. He further added that Elisabeth Moss was equally impressed with her performance. Moss was the lead actress of The Handmaid’s Tale and an executive producer on the upcoming show.
“We all agreed; Lizzie Moss, one of our executive producers, was also weighing in on the casting choice. She thought she was spectacular. She had the same reaction we all did, which was, ‘Oh, there’s Agnes,’” he said in an interview with Deadline.
The chatter on the characters of The Testaments remains ongoing, but the release date has already been carved in stone.

The spin-off series, however, which will focus on Agnes, Aunt Lydia, and Daisy, takes place just 3–4 years after the events of the original show, The Handmaid's Tale. And that makes now the perfect time to revisit all the seasons before the new series arrives.
