Changing the Tradition? Following the Partnership With Stok Cold Brew Coffee, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney to Rename the Welsh Racecourse Ground

After owning the world’s third-oldest football club, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have been getting a lot of attention. They have made an immense impact in the world of sports. They are becoming an example as they manage Wrexham AFC with outstanding success. To add to their list of success, the duo had a partnership with SToK Cold Brew Coffee. And now they are going to rename the oldest international ground.

The stadium that has been the home of Wrexham since 1864 and hosted Wales’ very first home international match in 1877. But now, as reported by Independent, with their new partnership with SToK, the Hollywood duo will change the name Racecourse Ground to SToK Racecourse for the forthcoming season. Not only this, under the Gateway Project, there will be a new 5,000-seat stand to enhance the capacity of the stadium to 15,000.

Wrexham FC recently got a big promotion after being absent for the past 15 years. To maintain the legacy, the Welsh club representatives are going to make sure they give their all. Along with this big partnership, the Canadian actor’s wife, Blake Lively’s company, Betty Buzz, also joined hands with Wrexham AFC.

This is the first time in history that the world’s oldest international stadium will have a sponsor that has delighted to welcome the new partners to the Wrexham family. Every move the duo is making is strategic in nature, even their decision to rename the stadium.

Therefore, they were extremely excited and, as they joked, ‘a little over-caffeinated’ about the big change. All the executives at the club also expressed their joy with the changing of the name along with getting the stadium sponsor as well. So, now, the Welsh people along with the whole world will see SToK Racecourse Ground all set for the next season.
