Henry Cavill [https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/henry-cavill/] is a real-life
superhero too. For several years, moviegoers have seen him saving humanity from
different evils through his iconic characters. However, many might not know that
the British superstar has equally made efforts for society using that heavy
build body. The blockbuster actor has been participating in the Durrell
Challenge for years to raise funds for the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.
While taking this huge responsibility, he has become quite a legend in the world
of fitness. Remember when the Netflix star spilled the beans about how an
increased heart rate assisted him in achieving The Witcher’s goals?

Back in 2019, the former Superman sat down with Men’s Health to talk about his
fitness and training. Ahead of the Durrell Challenge, he revealed how a change
in training helped him get in shape for the Netflix show. The Witcher
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/the-witcher/] made its debut on the streaming
giant at the end of 2019. It was the time when the Immortals star worked with
Hollywood heavyweight trainer Dave Rienzi.

HIIT, which, psychologically, can be quite gruelling,” he told Men’s Health

Cavill continued that his heart rate was around 125-135bpm, which had a major
impact on his fat. This is one of the main factors that helped him get the best
shape of his life even better than Superman.
