Arnold Schwarzenegger once again proves why he is a fitness icon as he tackles his injuries head-on with a fearless approach and mindset.

“…but so what?” 76-Year-Old Arnold Schwarzenegger Shows Why He Is A True Fitness Legend

If there is not already much to his legacy, Arnold Schwarzenegger
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/arnold-schwarzenegger] never shies away from
adding more to it. The 76-year-old bodybuilding legend has done much to garner
all the attention and respect he commands. From philanthropic activities,
open-to-all fitness lessons, heartwarming videos with his pets, and tips
straight from him, he has done it all. Thus, one thing that he may never stop
doing is keep pumping his veins.

At his age, many lose the ability of mobility. However, with The Terminator
actor, it is hardly the case, even after his elbow surgery.

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER LIFTS WEIGHTS WITH A BADLY BRUISED ARM

Hollywood has seen him save humanity from an apocalypse and command every scene
with his staggering physique. Yet, at the end of the day, Schwarzenegger is but
human. The actor had recently undergone elbow surgery to fix nerve damage a
couple of weeks ago. However, in his latest Instagram video, the actor shared
himself doing what he probably should not be – lifting weights! “Nothing can
stop me,” the veteran actor declared in his caption.

“…this surgery wasn’t easy,” said the actor as he slid down his patch to show
the bruises. Interestingly, he also had an explanation as to why he was hitting
the gym instead of taking a rest. Apparently, the doctor had told him that he
could go back to the gym if he “took it easy”. However, by the looks of it, it
certainly was not that easy. Regardless, the fearless Schwarzenegger brushed all
apprehensions off with an effortless, “so what?”

Additionally, these hiccups also do not hinder Schwarzenegger, who is on a
bigger mission.

THE FITNESS REVOLUTION SPEARHEADED BY THE FITNESS ICON HIMSELF

The 7-time Mr. Olympia champion knew it was his time to give back to society.
Thus, along with highlighting the ethos of climate awareness, the legend also
promoted a fitness movement of unprecedented scale. Schwarzenegger dedicated his
time and even overcame his worst obstacles to bring his fitness and
positivity-filled messages to everyone. Starting off with a community of
like-minded and supportive individuals, the FUBAR actor’s motivation brought in
many new members

which fans have endearingly named the “village”.

Schwarzenegger’s goals were quite clear as he had showcased it with his 76th
birthday wishlist

– to make the world a fitter place. Wholeheartedly and selflessly, working on
it, the actor’s Pump Club venture has seen rapid growth. From inspiring stories,
motivation, and fitness tricks, the legend lays it all out for anyone to follow.
As such, his initiatives have placed him as the ultimate pinnacle of an icon
that every fitness enthusiast wants to be.
