The Beckham family feud is getting more and more obvious each passing day. Famous English footballer David Beckham and fashion designer Victoria Beckham’s eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, has been maintaining his distance from his family lately. The reason behind this dispute is reported to be the strained relationship between his mother and his wife, Nicola Peltz.

Now, his recent social media post honoring his mother-in-law, instead of his mother, has added more fuel to the fire.  

On March 14, Brooklyn Beckham took to social media and posted lovely birthday wishes for his mother-in-law, Claudia Heffner Peltz, in his Instagram story. Although her birthday was on March 12, he was late and instead wished her two days later, on the UK Mother’s Day, with a belated birthday message.

"Happy birthday to the best mother in law x Love u so much and hope u had the most amazing day," Brooklyn Beckham captioned a photo that was originally posted to his wife's Instagram account. A heartfelt birthday message for his mother-in-law, showing their deep bond and his admiration for her.

While this was a noble gesture towards his mother-in-law, he completely left out his mother from his social media post, considering it was Mother’s Day in the UK. This only indicates that his estrangement from his family is not getting back to normal anytime soon.

Even though he did not wish his mother on Mother’s Day, the rest of the Beckham children did wish their mum on social media.

After Brooklyn Beckham's post, the Beckham family posted messages one after another for Victoria Beckham on March 15. Leading the family tributes was David Beckham, who praised Victoria as an amazing mother and an inspiration to their four children, Brooklyn(27), Romeo (23), Cruz (21), and Harper (14).

"You are an inspiration in all the ways a mum should be to our 4 amazing children," wrote the former football legend. He thanked her for being a crucial part of building such an incredible family and expressed his deep love and admiration for her. 

Harper Beckham, the youngest of the Beckham siblings, called her mother the "best mum ever" in a rare public statement that was reposted to her Story. Cruz and Romeo Beckham, Victoria Beckham's other two sons, likewise celebrated the UK holiday on social media, but her eldest has not yet sent a public greeting to his mother, intensifying this Beckham Family feud.
