Talking about their dynamic, the actors assured fans that they hold no grudges against each other. Instead, they prefer to settle their frustrations with a few physical blows in the moment.
"No broken bones. Blood has been drawn, though, and will be drawn again," McConaughey told EW.

Harrelson did not leave out the gory details in the EW interview either. He mentioned a “chipped tooth” and “cracked lip." McConaughey, however, insisted Harrelson was himself responsible for the chipped tooth after an overswing caught him in the jaw.
