Don Saladino may be obscure to the public, but he is a well-known figure in
Hollywood, having trained celebrities such as Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Anne
Hathaway, and Scarlett Johansson. The celebrity trainer provided some
Thanksgiving weight-loss suggestions in an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun

He indicated that a “real meal 90 minutes to two hours before” attending a
holiday dinner is recommended. This would also help to avoid overeating and
“filling up on hor d’oeuvres.”



Furthermore, the trainer stated that an individual should eat more  fiber-rich
foods at the dinner table. He also discussed Blake Lively and how she kept
healthy during her pregnancy and beyond by following his carefully tailored
‘Train Like Blake Lively 2.0 Program.’ In a client testimonial for the service,
Lively stated, “Turns out you can’t lose the 61 pounds you gained during

actor has enlisted the assistance of his 14-year-old trainer, Don Saladino.
However, all eyes were on Blake Lively when she joined the two men in the gym,
not for training but for another amusing purpose.
