According to Variety, Jason Hiro Kim is heading solo with his new production company, Hiro’s Omakase. Jason Hiro Kim expressed his deep gratitude to Kunal Nayyar, thanking him for their "wonderful working partnership" that spanned almost two decades. Even while focusing on his new venture, the two plan to continue their collaboration in meaningful ways going forward. Nayyar reciprocated the praise, calling Kim instrumental in his career for the better part of twenty years and offering his full admiration for the new venture, cementing plans to work together in the future.

Jason Hiro Kim began working alongside Kunal Nayyar after the Big Bang Theory star recruited him to help manage Good Karma Productions in 2020.
