The newly released Avengers: Doomsday trailer delivers a chilling look at a deeply broken Victor von Doom. Moving past mere world-domination tropes, this clip reveals a man consumed by grief and loss, declaring, "Hell answers to me," as he unleashes absolute chaos across dimensions. The destruction is so profound that even Earth's mightiest fall short; we witness a bruised, desperate God of Thunder, Thor, effortlessly swatted aside by Doom’s raw power. 

Yet, the Avengers are not the only ones outmatched. The handful of mutants currently introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe are finding themselves utterly helpless against this new threat. But Doomsday is not just setting up a battle for existing heroes; it is actively clearing the path for the full-scale arrival of mutantkind's ultimate nightmare.

The new footage and casting reveals suggest a massive convergence of legacy mutants alongside Earth's protectors.
