During his time on Happy Sad Confused, he was asked how he would feel if he was given the role of James Bond. Much to everyone&#8217;s surprise, instead of losing his mind at playing the thrilling spy, the actor said that it would be &#8220;terrifying.&#8221;

While that seemed to get a laugh out of the actor, he went on to agree that a James Bond musical would &#8220;absolutely&#8221; be &#8220;too terrifying&#8221; for him to even think of. Although the host and he were just cracking jokes, the spy world is restless without an actor at the moment.

With Johnson, fans could get a new take on a classic spy. Given the work he has done in Bullet Train and The King&#8217;s Man, he could pave the way to a new genre of spy thrillers. However, there has been no confirmation over who has been chosen or will be moving forward as of now. In fact, the actor was even asked about it, but he did not confirm or deny the rumors.
