Arnold Schwarzenegger Pumps a Fan “to be better” With Words of Wisdom

Before being a stunning legendary action hero, Arnold Schwarzenegger
[http://netflixjunkie.com/tag/arnold-schwarzenegger/] once was a bodybuilder.
The Austrian Oak is still a bodybuilder who helps others to achieve their goals.
The Terminator star maintains his workout routine, meditates, works, and
motivates people through Arnold’s Pump Club, a free online newsletter along with
a podcast and an application. It helps people keep their physical and mental
health in check.

Despite being a renowned personality, the Austrian actor does one more thing via
his social media handle: He keeps in touch with his fans and always tries to
help them in any way he can. This time, the actor pushed a fan and shared words
of wisdom with him.

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER PUMPED A FAN WITH WISE WORDS

The FUBAR star frequently solves his fans’ queries regarding fitness advice with
an expression of gratitude on his X (formerly Twitter) handle. Recently, a fan
named Sean McGraw shared his heartfelt feelings about trying to balance his
workout. He posted on his handle, “I am trying my best to be better,” followed
by his hardship to do so when he would be “mentally off“. The 76-year-old actor
responded and advised him to do something on his off days.

> You can do it. I’m here for you. The key is that you do something on those off
> days. It might be something small. But anytime my world is black and white,
> when I get on my bike, it slowly changes to color because I’m doing something
> to move forward.https://t.co/vhhrgxQq1x [https://t.co/vhhrgxQq1x]

No matter how small that activity would be, he told McGraw to keep going.
Additionally, Schwarzenegger also shared his little secret. He revealed whenever
he felt off, he would get on his bike. Doing so would change the way he saw the
world as he would be moving forward. He revealed the importance of consistency
during the journey and motivated Saen McGraw.

McGraw acknowledged that the emails and podcasts helped him and was grateful.
They inspired him to be “on” and did not let him give up. In fact, being
consistent was one of the key points, according to Schwarzenegger, when he
shared his physical and mental preparation for his comeback in FUBAR

Often fans share their experiences of how Arnold’s Pump Club would help them
with the consistency.

ARNOLD’S PUMP CLUB PUSHED SEVERAL FANS TO CONTINUE THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY

The Predator actor has been helping numerous people without even meeting them in
person. With his online journals, podcasts, and social media, he has inspired
many people to continue on their journey to fitness. One of the beautiful
examples is a lady who was 8 months pregnant and shared how the newsletters kept
her inspired to go out and swim every day.

> Fantastic work! It’s all about showing up over and over.

Another fan also shared how he was gradually building up weight for deadlifts
and squats. When another one asked for help from the actor, he lent his hand and
welcomed him to his “village” with open arms. Meeting people who are inspired by
his Pump Club also makes Arnold Schwarzenegger very excited.
