Close on the heels of the Matthew Vaughn directorial landing in theaters, rave positive reviews have adorned it online.
Judging by the first few reactions to the flick, one major highlight comes out in the form of its ability to give current Oscar contenders tough competition.

Coming in as a brainchild of Matthew Vaughn, Argylle packs a punch with its meta spy-thriller approach and a star-studded cast led by Henry Cavill. Coming from the Kingsman franchise director, Argylle has showcased a plethora of stunts, fireworks, and scenic action in its trailers alone. Furthermore, Fernando put the <a href="https://www.netflixjunkie.com/hollywood-music-news-the-cast-of-argylle-delivers-an-electric-music-video-for-an-original-track-for-the-henry-cavill-led-spy-flick/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">recently released ‘Electric Energy’ from the film’s soundtrack</a> as one that could potentially compete in the current Oscars right alongside Barbie for Best Original Song. Adding stars to the upcoming Cavill, the rave positive reviews have had the hype for the movie ascend to its crescendo.

Matthew Vaughn has already laid bare his plans to intertwine Argylle, Kingsman, and another unnamed franchise into one shared universe. Moreover, he has also confirmed that the Henry Cavill-led project will have at least a trilogy of movies. However, the same will not debut on Netflix. Argylle stands as an Apple TV+ exclusive and will screen on the streaming site soon after its 2nd February drop in theaters.
