Andrew Scott is once again going to be seen in his most acclaimed role for a Sea Wall film adaptation. Described by critics and audiences alike as a masterclass in intimate storytelling, Simon Stephens' monologue Sea Wall hinges entirely on a tour-de-force performance that transitions seamlessly from light, charming comedy to devastating, shattering grief. Originally written specifically for Andrew Scott in 2008, the piece casts the actor as Alex, a gentle photographer whose idyllic family gets overtaken by an unthinkable tragedy.

Now, the actor returns to one of his most acclaimed stage roles for a limited live run and a film adaptation.
