The Among Us animated series has officially landed on Paramount+, dropping all 10 episodes at once with zero prior warning. The show, based on the globally beloved social deduction game by Innersloth, transforms the paranoid, bean-shaped chaos of the original into a full-blown animated comedy. Production wrapped back in 2024, yet the series arrived without so much as a trailer warning, making the reveal all the more satisfying.
While the show arrived unannounced, the Hollywood names lending their voices to those bean-shaped crewmates are anything but low-profile.

The Among Us animated series shadow-dropped on Paramount+ on June 5, 2026, releasing all 10 episodes simultaneously. Created by Owen Dennis of Infinity Train fame and produced by CBS Studios and Titmouse, the show announced itself at Summer Game Fest through stars Yvette Nicole Brown and Liv Hewson. The voice cast is impressively stacked, featuring Randall Park, Elijah Wood, Dan Stevens, Ashley Johnson, Patton Oswalt, Phil LaMarr, Wayne Knight, Kimiko Glenn, and Debra Wilson.
The series follows the game's core premise: a crew of colorful astronauts aboard a spaceship slowly realizes an alien shapeshifter is picking them off one by one. Between completing tasks and calling emergency meetings, the crew must figure out who among them cannot be trusted. The show leans into comedy territory while preserving the paranoid, delightfully unhinged energy that made the game a pandemic-era phenomenon reaching nearly 500 million monthly active users at its peak.
While Among Us delivers the goods on Paramount+, Netflix has quietly been building an animated universe of its own that deserves equal attention.
Netflix expands its adult animation slate with supernatural comedy
Netflix has ordered Dealies, an upcoming adult animated workplace comedy slated for a 2027 release. Created by Joe Bennett and Ted Travelstead, the series centers on an eccentric group of employees navigating a supernatural big-box store called DEALIES. Bennett previously earned Emmy recognition for Scavengers Reign, and the project marks yet another collaboration between Netflix and animation studio Titmouse, a partnership formalized through a multi-year production deal signed back in 2020.

Netflix's adult animation portfolio already boasts titles like BoJack Horseman, Blue Eye Samurai, and Arcane, each carving out distinct creative identities. Dealies adds a supernatural retail lens to that ever-expanding slate, blending workplace absurdity with mystical chaos in a way that feels genuinely fresh. Its cast of characters includes a gentle gladiator, a divine summoner, and an exhausted manager who hired all of them. If Among Us just proved that unannounced drops hit hardest, Dealies has a lot to live up to when 2027 finally arrives.
