Sylvester Stallone, in his interview on The Overlap podcast, explained his views on how Artificial Intelligence has already entered the entertainment industry. Rather than expressing enthusiasm for the technology, the actor described it as an “avalanche” and warned that people must learn to adapt to the changes it brings. His comments come after his pitch for a film featuring a half-human, half-AI character reportedly garnered backlash.
“I would take that risk, even though you get blasted bombastically from the creative community. And their [complaints are] right!” he said.
“It’s an avalanche. It’s just out of our control. If you don’t go with it, you will be trampled by it,” he said.
