For the last two years, Ryan ReynoldsDeadpool 3 has captivated fan attention. While it ended up being delayed from its initial May 2024 release to July, there were rumors that the film’s trailer could be debuted at the Super Bowl LVIII and that was enough to get Marvel fans amped up. However, Shawn Levy, Hugh Jackman, and the rest of the film’s cast have chosen to keep their lips sealed.

None of the actors have confirmed nor acknowledged the rumor yet. However, now another surprising update about the highly anticipated film’s first trailer ended up making its way online.

After Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 wrapped its filming, rumors that the trailer for the film would be released at Super Bowl Sunday made their way online. Although the actor and his posse have chosen not to reveal anything yet, an update about the length of the trailed ended up being shared. A post on X (formerly Twitter) claimed that it would be approximately 2 and a half minutes long.

With the sporting event only hours away, fans will soon either get what they have been expecting from the trailer or they might be majorly let down. However, the world will only find out once the title decider between the Chiefs and the 49ers kicks off this evening. The latest update comes shortly after the Marvel world was sent into a frenzy after rumors of the official Deadpool 3 title ended up on social media.

Just a couple of days ago, it was revealed that Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 was the unofficial name of the project. While the world had grown used to calling it that, Marvel Studios decided it was time for a change. Fans might have expected some epic titles. However, the post revealed that the 4 trademarks were for, “Deadpool & Friends, Deadpool & Friend, Deadpool & Wolverine and Deadpool 3.”

While the title might be a little lackluster, it still has not been confirmed yet. Thankfully, Reynolds’ fans will not have to wait too long before they find out if the titles were all just a prank or whether the movie would be getting stuck with a title that did not live up to the level fans had expected.
